- Prophetic Information: The content shared on ProphecyPulse, including biblical prophecies and analysis of contemporary events, is for informational and spiritual reflection purposes. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

- Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, ProphecyPulse does not guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or up-to-date. Any reliance on the content is at your own risk.

- User-Generated Content: Any content posted or shared by users on ProphecyPulse remains the responsibility of the individual user. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights related to the ProphecyPulse App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and content, are owned by ProphecyPulse or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

- You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant ProphecyPulse a license to use, distribute, modify, and display it.

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, for violating these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.

ProphecyPulse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
